CHRISTMAS IN JULY July 27 Starting at 2pm - We are really looking forward to this event and hope that you will be able to attend. The Junior girls club have also been invited so it will be a great afternoon. I have talked with the Royal Childrens Hospital and they are really keen to assist us where they can. The problem with toys for the kids is two fold – they have to be brand new and fully packaged, and the numbers and types really depend on the number of sick kids in the hospital at the time. They requested if possible that we have a donation system and they are able to supply us with banners etc. Just remember that we are doing this for the kids. I’ll advise on costs next week.
Junior refereeing – The club wishes to help develop our players in more than one way. To this end we will be training them to referee games and they will be paid $15 per game. To assist with this a small fee of $1.00 per player will be collected to cover the cost. All training tools etc will be paid for by the club. Therefore the fee structure will be as follows: U9 - $1.00 per player, U11 - $1.00 per player, U13 - $1.00 per player U15 - $6.00 per player (includes turf costs), U17 - $6.00 per player (includes turf costs). Coaches/ Managers are to collect at each game starting next week.

U9 – drew 1 - 1
