All parents, coaches and players shall abide by the code of conduct issued earlier this season. Any misconduct can mean that the Captain can be sent off, the team penalised and ultimately the parent being banned from Junior games. This club DOES NOT condone abuse of other parents, coaches and players from any parents on the side lines or players on the field and will enforce the code to the letter. If there are any issues that need to be raised the protocol is to raise them with the committee. The committee will then address the issue, and if it cannot be resolved at this level it may be referred to either the Norths Inc. committee or the BJHA committee.
Junior refereeing – As per last weeks newsletter the fees for refereeing are as follows: U9 - $1.00 per player, U11 - $1.00 per player, U13 - $1.00 per player U15 - $6.00 per player (includes turf costs), U17 - $6.00 per player (includes turf costs). Coaches/ Managers are to collect at each game starting next week.
Good luck to the following players who will be taking part in the Queensland State Secondary School boys Championships being held at Colmslie this Thursday to Sunday: Jarrod Campbell, Duncan Leader, Gareth Devlin, Aaron Kingsford and Michael Howe. All the very best for the championships. If you want to see some good hockey and support our players the games start at 9.00 am each day with the grand final on at around 11.40 am Sunday.
